Excellent instructor and trainer, highly recommended. She's helped our seniors at Allegro Ft Lauderdale astronomically, her methods and technics in water aerobics and chair yoga is by far the best I've seen.

This service is life changing and helpful. Nohemy, was able to help me track my calorie in take and enlightened me on the amount of calories I should have of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. This is known as tracking my micronutrients. She was able to do this based on my age, height, weight and body type. I was super impressed by her detailed consultation. As a vegetarian this is vital to my continued healthy lifestyle as I get close to 50. I am super thankful for Nohemy and her patience with me. This s a no brained. I would recommend this service to anyone at any level of their fitness journey.
