        I have been a client for the past 5 yrs. and i must say i have never been treated better by any other company!!! The compassion and care i have received has helped me get through some very hard times in my life!!! I lost my husband in November and received a beautiful Card and concerned phone calls from the Staff at Total E!!! David an Marcy are a part of my family!!! I am grateful for all they have done for me!!! Total E Medical Rocks!!!

        THEY SENT ME AN APPLIANCE WHICH WAS TOTALLY USELESS CONSIDERING MY MEDICAL CONDITION AND IN 5 MONTHS, THEY HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT BACK. THEY PROMISE WEEKLY TO HAVE IT PICKED UP, BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS. THEY HAVE CHARGED MEDICARE 600 DOLLARS FOR IT, BLUE CROSS ANTHEM 200 AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COLLECT 200 DOLLARS FROM ME. THE APPLIANCE IS A TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK AND I CANNOT WEAR ANYTHING LIKE IT WITH A COLOSTOMY. IT WAS NEVER ORDERED BY MY DOCTOR, THEY ONLY LIE.
