    This office and many other cano health facilities give are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! My mother has been shuffled around from Dr. to Dr, 8 to be exact. And now her 3rd location. Coral Springs on Royal Palm, called in the medication Jardiance that could have had serious effects on her kidneys since she is stage 3 and not a type 2 but a type 1 diabetic. They also called in a flexpen for insulin when she is on an insulin pump. At one point my mother went 17 days before they called in the correct insulin 17 DAYS is RIDICULOUS!! Also multiple times where they didnt do referral correctly or even at all. I physically had to drive to the office to get anyone to correct them. Second location was just as bad. Dr. Ruth Elizabeth Ceballos Treated to call the cops after advocating for my mothers care. You dont treat patients like a rug you wipe your feet on. She got upset because my mother didnt want to change care from her specialist regarding her kidneys and diabetes. Isnt that why we see specialists? She then ask to exam my mother, rudely removed her shoes and sock, didnt explain and after walked out and slammed the door. Didnt say she was done or anything. Completely rude!!! Then she refused to renew my mother PERMANENT HANDICAP PARKING PASS. even though my mother has had one for many many many years. We had to go there 3 times before it was corrected. They even had old records showing my mother had a permanent handicap parking pass. 3 location and have only been there a year, Maybe a year and a half and has already been shuffled through 3 different dr. NO ONE can get anything done when they says. Referrals go undone, with incorrect information. Requested 4 referrals in January for multiple appts coming up, gave exact information about drs, times, dates, locations and NPI # And they still couldnt get them right. My mother recently fell in March 2024. Broke her right humerus in 4 spots, in severe pain and they had us bring her in for a referral to the specialist she had already seen in the hospital. We sat for 3 hours. They then had me bring her back again for surgical clearance which was another 3 hours. They drew blood, then discovered they needed more so she had to be poked an additional 3 times before they got blood. They were suppose to expedite the referral for the surgery. That never happened. My mother was suppose to have surgery on March 29th. It got canceled and moved to Wednesday April 3 because Dr Rafiq waited til the day of surgery to request the referral. We have been waiting for an air mattress for over a week now that Dr Rafiq still hasnt handle and all he says is he will work on it. My mother has been sleeping in a reclining chair for 3 weeks now. She is unable to climb stairs to get to her room. CANO HEALTH SUCKS, they dont care about the patients or their health. This place is atrocious!! I cant believe they are still able to see patient and havent killed someone yet.
