XPRESS ELEVATOR Company of S. FL.

We had xpress elevator contracted to fix three of our elevators that break down every other day and the elevator company we had could not fix them properly. We were told by one of the owners of Xpress elevator that they would be able to fix our elevators and that what the other company was trying to charge us for was not even the real problems. We signed a contract with Xpress Elevator and we have had no elevator problems in the last 6 months since we signed with them. Proof is in the pudding. These folks really know elevators. I rate them with the highest rating there is. If you need great elevator people you need to call them.

Beware! Xpress Elevator Company of South Florida should not be hired to modernize elevators period.They were hired to modernize multiple elevators in our complex and did such a poor job we had to replace Xpress with another company to finish the project.We have documented that major components that where listed in their contract to be replaced were in fact not replaced which we are having to replace now as many of the elevators that Xpress worked on have broken down several times.It seems that the only reason that Xpress was selected was price which should have been a red flag. The end result is additional cost paid by the residents and having to deal with broken elevators which affects life safety and the quality of daily life.There was a breakdown in the inspection process and management of this project......you have been warned.
