Ziamond has the best products and customer service. I've highly recommended them to young folks getting engaged. One of my rings lost a side diamond and they repaired and returned it, no charge.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Ziamonds over the last 10 years and each time was a 5 star experience. The customer service is outstanding and of course the Jewelry is beautiful and has withstood the test of time. I highly recommend Ziamonds to anyone that loves fine jewelry at an affordable price! B. ZIAMOND IS THE BEST! I have had 2 experiences with their rings, an Eternity band and a 3 stone ring. My first awesome experience was a cleaning issue with my 3 stone ring that must have had some kind of grease under the main stone that casted a shadow. I could not get it cleaned and it was very visible to me atleast. This happened years ago. I called them..they immediately sent me the info to take care of the problem and what to do. I sent it back with the instructions. After sending the 3 stone back to be cleaned they also informed me...my prongs needed to be re-tipped. They cleaned all 3 stones to perfection and re-tipped what needed to be done, which I believe was the whole ring (wearing it everyday). My second experience with the same 2 rings, was a heart breaker. I was electrocuted Dec 1st 2023..of course with all my ZIAMOND jewelry on.. i decided to clean the front porch lite without turning off the lite.Stupid on my part. Again, not believing this and being electrocuted, and falling 4 ft actually made my ETERNITY band OVAL.YES OVAL. AGAIN I called heart broken, i told them my situation and asked if they could fix it, check the stones, prongs and make it round again. I also asked if i could send my 3 STONE back as well to be checked too. Come to find out I had loosened the baggetts on the ETERNITY BAND and the tips needed to be re-tipped...My 3-stone ring also had been damaged and needed to be re-tipped as well, and had damaged the main stone. It needed to be replaced from the electrocution and being worn side by side wasn't the best idea on my part. ZIAMOND was more than willing to help with my broken heart, sent me the info immediately to send back to them....when the 2 rings arrived back they were beautiful. They fixed everything and both rings were good as new. Brilliant, fixed and beautiful. I have ordered many items from them. Earrings, necklace to match center stone on 3-stone ring, a 7ct diamond bracelet, more than 21 cts in total. ALL of their jewelry looks brand new that has been ordered many yrs ago. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND REPROACH AND SURPURB. I never thought i could get these 2 pieces fixed after being bought for my engagement. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING THE BEST THERE IS. THANK YOU ZIAMOND FOR YOUR CARE AND CONCERN IN EVERY SITUATION THAT I'VE HAD. I can't say enough good about the company and have been looking for more of your jewelry products. THANKS BUNCHES ZIAMOND, THE BEST OUT THEIR FOR PRODUCTS AND SURPURB CUSTOMER SERVICE.
