Spoke to an agent about updating a policy after a roof upgrade. Submitted a uniform wind mitigation report to their email as told to by the agent. Called a week later after seeing no updates on the Citizens portal. Called TopLine again and spoke to another agent who acknowledged that they did receive the report but no one at TopLine submitted it to Citizens. Now we to wait another week for an updated declarations page. Which means I have to check the Citizens portal every day for the next 5 days to see if TopLine did what they said they would do.

After i received my renewal policy from People Trust insurance, i contacted the company because of many questions and concerns i had. The company referred me to Topline Insurance who are in charge of handling their customer policies. TopLine must be the worse insurance broker out there. I first spoke to an agent and explain my concern, she then asked me to send her some documents in regards to my roof replacement so she can see how to lower my premium. I sent all the documents the same day and i followed up with a call the next day. She never got back to me. I sent her an email and I called again two days later. No email or call back. I called again and asked to speak with someone to look into it. My call got transferred from three different agents and none of them care to help and put me to the first agent voicemail, and eight days later, im still waiting for a call or email. This is poor customer service to say the least and wonder how such company still in business. Im taking my business somewhere else.

Please tell me how you take my insurance premium (not including hurricane credits, etc. from $7,700 a year to $30,000 in 2 years! This company is a joke.
