        Unethical business practices .... If you return an item they keep the "freight charges" that you paid for on the order. They only return the cost of the item. I've owned a business for 45 years and would never treat a customer like that. Don't buy from this company ....

      Dear Michael,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding our return policy. We strive for transparency and understand how important clear communication is when it comes to costs. We'll take your feedback into consideration as we continuously work on improving our policies and customer experience. Our current policy is to pay return freight for any orders with damaged or incorrect products. In your case, when a customer returns a product that is no longer wanted or needed we accept the return but the freight is the responsibility of the customer. This is fair and not unethical in any way.
