        The PT bench is an awesome addition to any home gym or workout facility. The fact that one small piece of equipment can be so versatile and effective is refreshing. You can get a full body workout and challenge yourself no matter what your fitness level is with just this 1 machine. Bob is a great trainer and makes the machine easy to use, and does a great job of explaining technique and proper form. If you're looking for something to enhance your fitness level, not take up a huge amount of space and offer a multitude of exercises to improve your workouts, look no further than the PT bench or PT wall. Highly recommend!!
