        I LOVE THIS PLACE! About a year ago I decided I needed a change in my gym routine as I was seeing little results and despised going to an overcrowded gym filled with influencers filming themselves in the mirrors. Cut to my good friend telling me the reason for her near six pack was thanks to HEW DFB. As someone who wasnt into group fitness, I was hooked after one class. I learned that I needed someone to not only tell me what to do, but properly show me what to do to achieve my fitness goals. What I wasnt expecting was to find and become part of an uplifting community and a family I cant imagine not having today. Thanks to the amazing coaches for adding me as a HEW-family member, Im proud to call myself a HEW-man!

        LOVE this gym! My first workout was in 2016 and since then Ive never walked into another gym. The community here is amazing and everyone is so welcoming! All of the coaches are so dedicated and they push you to your fullest potential! My favorite part is the accountability. If the coaches dont see you in a week or so, they are for sure calling you to see where you are!! lol Now thats dedication! Thankful to be apart of the HEW community!
