My family of 5 have been coming to Smiles Dental for about 4 years and we love it! Dr. Atluri always deliver a personable experience and my children are comfortable with her. UPDATE: After coming here for so long, it's time for a change. The kids teeth are always fine and just need to brush better and I always need a root canal. I literally had a root canal done one day and was told the rest of my teeth were fine. I pointed out that there might issues with my teeth in the back and was assured they were good. I have a very short background in dental assisting, so I know how to brush, floss, scale, and care for my kids and I teeth properly. In all of my almost 40 years, I have NEVER needed this much dental work especially root canals! A few days later, another molar broke! Come back to get my crown installed and was told the broken needs a root canal. If that was the case, I should've been notified from the previous visit. It was less than a month! And had to nerve to tell me I can afford it! No I cannot afford to keep coming to you, being told my teeth are fine and then needing $800 root canals!It's a scam!

I should have known not to go back from the first time I went two or three years ago. I was told to write a review, a good review before even being seen. (RED FLAG)My experience I went in to have a tooth pulled out. And before I sat down I asked am I getting my tooth pulled out today The answer to that was yes. When I sat down they begin to clean my teeth. Just to tell me after cleaning to make a 6-month appointment. Never pull my tooth out. I also talked about partials and I was told I did not qualify. I spoke to my insurance before even going there and I was told that I definitely qualified. I called my insurance today just to find out they've never even signed an a prior authorization or anything else. I was lied to. NEVER GOING BACK One thing I do know is the insurance people don't lie....
