Second time using this amazing cleaning company. They saved me money and time but cleaning writing on the walls. I was able to avoid repainting the entire house. Their attention to detail is amazing. Thrust worth and transparent with all fees. Highly recommend!!

Not only is the work completed to a very high standard, the staff throughout the company is very professional and extremely helpful. On numerous occasions, they have gone that step further providing practical ideas and have even suggested areas where savings could be made. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any possible clients

We hired this company to do a deep clean on our home. I created a list and sent it to the owner Beverley and she quoted me a price. On the day of the cleaning Beverly, the owner arrived 25 minutes late and was alone. She began to tell me about traffic and that she couldn't get anyone to work that day. During the previous conversation she led me to believe there would be someone with her to help. I really think she is the only one who does the work which is fine if she actually did the work. When she arrived at our home, I printed out the same list and put it on the counter. We then went over the list again, as I had to go out and wanted to make sure she knew what needed to be done. The majority of the list consisted of blinds, windows, window seals, doors, door frames and inside refrigerator (which we were charged extra for). When I left my home my husband was outside cleaning the pool so he was not really paying attention to what she was doing. When I arrived back home a little later, Beverley was gone and the refrigerator was never done, the doors, door frames, window seals, and blinds in the bedrooms were not even touched. Beverly had taken it upon herself to check these things off the list, which no one asked her to do and left the list on the counter. I guess she thought that if she checked those items off the list we would assume they were done. Which they were not!!! This is beyond belief, that someone marketing themselves as a cleaning service would do such a horrible job. We never asked her to mop, dust or clean the toliets (which she did not do). We have a regular cleaning lady to do that. These were the things that we needed done as this was suppose to be a deep clean. I feel like I was robbed. This was not a deep cleaning this was not even a regular cleaning. I wish I could post pictures here to show everyone what Beverley considers to be clean. Absolutely unacceptable be aware of who you let in your home. Please stay clear because I can guarantee you will be more than disappointed. "You will be absolutely disgusted". HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
