My mom has purchased more Toyotas than I care to understand why and the one time she needs there assistance they wont even help her. Shes currently in the ICU for the last two weeks and I called to have them help with deferring her payments and was informed theres nothing they or willing to do because Im not on her account. This is the worse. For her being a valued customer for so many years this is how they value her. I will dam sure do my best to get her out of this car and never use Toyota again.

Purchased a vehicle with the understanding it was coming with the upgraded tire and wheel package per the build sheet and the vin. When the vehicle arrived the wheels and tires were a different size and different than those advertised and what I paid for. SET said someone would call me about this and never did. The dealer who sold me the vehicle has yet to get back to me. Paid $2,499 for an option not on my vehicle thats on the window sticker.
