I called this company and waited nearly a month for a claim that ended up not being approved because the dealer screwed up. No longer doing business with the dealer and I will ask which warranty company the next dealer uses and if it is this, will not accept.

GAP was added on during the purchase of the vehicle and decided our insurance company was cheaper. I've been trying to cancel the GAP coverage for 3 weeks now and they don't respond. When companies fail to respond, this is usually a BIG RED FLAG and they have no intension to pay any claims or will pay the very mininum.

Paid for gap insurance when I bought my truck. I totaled my truck and insurance didn't pay it off. Jm&a is trying to just refund my gap insurance and cancel it rather than pay what is left on my truck. I will be seeking legal advice and representation.

JMA warranty group authorizes dollar amounts, assures you what is authorized will be paid and then proceeds to under pay you. If you are an auto repair shop, you might as well not offer repairs for this extended warranty company because youll be the one footing the bill!
