        Cute bldg, easy parking but very dated, tired, dark inside. Unfortunately, after Covid, Ihops somehow are not like the way they used to be. Im not sure if they lost their previous employees or lost touch w/their taste buds, whatever it is, just not working. This one was like that too. I dont think i ll go back.

        On hold for 14 minutes before I hung up and called back recycles the recording numerous times until I just started driving to place a to go order- manager answers apologizes for wait tells me shell take my order but she too had to place me on a brief hold- NEVER CAME BACK- I ARRIVED at ihop to place order- they took their phone off hook Lady kept her back to me filling to go orders with no GM ty for your patience etc- then a lady came in after me with a Togo order- WHY WAS THE MANAGER READY TO FILL THAT ORDER BEFORE TAKING MINE??? She she asked did u call and saw that it was in fact the lady she too left on hold all I got WAS LIP SERVICE & attitude I called the store from inside the store- NO RINGING I wonder if their owner knows they keep the phone off the hook during EATING hours???
