I spent hours after I spoke with several people to open an account nobody want to do it for after that someone come to me and tell I need to wait 10 minutes, I accept to wait then no nobody is available to take of me I have to leave discrimination

This branch has horrible customer service. They are understaffed at lunchtime (when I go there). There are a disproportionate number of old people and customers who do not speak English. These customers usually take much more time and need special attention. They have 8 teller windows but typically only have 1 teller working. When Washington Mutual ran the branches, they had many tellers and good customer service. After Chase bought Washington Mutual, they cut back on the customer service. This branch is mis-managed. I would not trust them on anything non-routine. I recommend a different branch or even a different bank. Its hard for me to change banks because I have so much tied up with credit cards and auto-payments, deposits, etc. And Chase knows it.

Terrible customer service. I went to open an account, agent seems to be irritable and feel like didn't want to do her job., very loud almost everyone could hear about my situation!Please try only the Brasilian customer service agent
