Chase Bank

When I walked into the bank there were 2 tellers open. One was helping a customer, the other was free. She sees me, does not acknowledge that I am there, walks away immediately from the window to reappear 3 minutes later. Talked to one of the "Leadership Team" members as he described himself, that the teller did not say hello, how can I help you? Instead she walked away as soon as she sees me. He argued with me instead of apologizing. The people who work at this branch definitely need training on customer service and etiquette.

Worst bank ever they work are a snails pace with smug attitudes. I asked for large bills and they gave me small. When I went back in to have them correct it, they didn't say sorry, but with a go screw yourself, SMILE on her face said no and could care less. For the love of God, learn some emotional intelligence!!!!

Parking lot sucks. Can only drive in one way, spits you onto one way major road going wrong way. Are drive up atms illegal in florida or something? Sidewalks/steps blocked by ill placed railings. Totally inconvenient. Whoever designed this should be ashamed.
