    Raul has most helpful, but in my entire experience with all the office staff - it seems they are a bit disorganized. Was told emails would be sent and they never were. Always had to go in to the office to get any answers or progress in getting my lease approved/started.

    Tired of having to go into the office to try to get things done. The number one issue here is communication!!! Maintenance does not respond to anything in a timely manner (Im talking weeks and sometimes months.) They will come and fix something and say I will be right back and never show back up. Its very frustrating. Or they will not give any kind of timeframe as to when they will show up or how long it will take to get a new appliance in. If they communicated better, so many problems would be solved. Exterior front door light has been out since early sept. We have tried to fix it. They have no supplies. Its pitch black out. Stray cat ran in, tripping my daughter up the stairs and hid under couch. A homeless man was asleep at our door bc its nice and dark plus our old neighbor kept giving him cigs or weed. Police were called and told us to stay away from him as he is on drugs and unstable. Major safety concern. Now 3/14/24 Still isnt fixed and since the new trash company has taken over, they sometimes don't see our can in the dark and skip us. (this request has been in since Nov 2023) Next, dishwasher was leaking. Maintenance came in and out with 10 mins left the washer on while no one was home. I came home to water all over the kitchen floor. So went back up there and asked for someone to come back. They came back, installed it without leveling it or pushing it in far enough. The metal clips were hanging out like an inch. I cut my arm bc I forgot they were hanging out. My husband uninstalled and reinstalled it correctly. Super easy 10 minute fix that we shouldnt have had to do. Toilet leak and rusty chain flusher snapped. I stated in the work request that the Wax ring needed to be replaced (fecal matter is coming out of the bottom of the toilet, its not rocket science) They fixed the chain and handle but just caulked over the bottom of the toilet. Fast forward a couple weeks, the caulk is cracking and fecal matter is once again coming out. Went in to office and was told it would be fixed in 2 days since it is a leak and considered priority. Update (3/14 finally fixed after months and yet another request put in) Went in yesterday to talk to the about our AC. I have documented proof that our family is having issues for the mold/mildew that we are breathing in. Previous company cleaned our vents and had stuff sprayed but did not clean the entire system like they should have outside of the apartment. Our symptoms got better for a while from the spray but now they are bad again. The vents are black again. The blower is covered and spreading it through the entire house. You can smell it in the air every time it comes on. Plus it doesn't work well and is always hot upstairs. I dont know what else to do other than leave bad reviews to try and get things fixed properly. We are at our wits end. (update 3/14 They replaced our AC brand new inside and out. Works SO much better and our energy bill has dropped drastically. Not waking up with headaches anymore. My daughter hasnt been sick since its been replaced 2 months ago.) Another really concerning matter is the dryer vents. You can tell they havent been cleaned in forever. The dryer doesn't dry properly even though we clean the lint trap after every load. Fire department is here a good bit. (Update cleaned the dryer vent/pipe/dryer ourselves. 13 gallon trash bag full of lint came out! Insane. Hardly any air was flowing through pipe. Now works perfect! No more drying things 2x.) The grounds are really beautiful and it could be a really nice community. It needs a lot of work and maybe a couple employees whose sole job is to communicate with current residents strictly about maintenance. Beware of the 5 star reviewsthey havent lived here long enough or have only been given tours!

Next, dishwasher was leaking. Maintenance came in and out with 10 mins left the washer on while no one was home. I came home to water all over the kitchen floor. So went back up there and asked for someone to come back. They came back, installed it without leveling it or pushing it in far enough. The metal clips were hanging out like an inch.
