There is a supervisor that rides on cart with a bald head that is very very dam nasty is hell. The place needs a lot of work needs an up grade no ceiling fans or ceiling lights.

Not a good place to rent the manager is evil they send supervisor to inspect but he takes pictures of it place and run to office an report who in your place as if you can't have visitors the didn't renew my lease because the supervisor report some one not on the lease the office didn't do no in didn't do no investigation automatic terminated my lease over what the supervisor reported so if you're not on the lease I recommend you to be home because they don't notify you when they go in your building they have a mold everywhere apartment is very old it's not a good place to rent pour management service the supervisor manager for the property she's a very nasty lady they do all that so you won't get your deposit back keep in mind to vote is not a good spot to rent every year that go up $100

Being a new resident means learning how to navigate the community. Everyday we learn a little more. Dawn and her staff helped us through a parking situation that could have been simply avoided if we fully understood how to navigate the parking rules. Thankfully Dawn was able to help us and truly cared that we understood how to move forward. A childs first apartment is a learning experience for all and I am thankful the staff at Tivoli is helpful. Lets leave the boots for country western barsyour car or moped will not be booted if you simply register your vehicle and follow the rules of the community. If you get a new tag it is a simple process to update the records. Being proactive is always better than being reactive. Take the time to understand the rules and then follow them, you will be happier in the long run. Thank you for taking care of our daughter and teaching her to be the best tennant she can be.
As I said we learn something everydaytoday we learned a moped can be parked in front of a parking spot rather than taking a spot away from a vehicle. It is a win win for all parties. The moped will be safe and the car can be closer to the residence. I even learned that a moped doesnt need to be registered if it isnt occupying a space. If you are a resident and have a vehicle or have guests with vehiclesregister the cars as residents and guests to avoid getting booted and losing your hard earned $$$
