If I could give less than 1 star for management here I would. My mom lives here. On more than one occasion, she has received letters in her door right before close of business, (with no effort to make contact with her; a knock on the door or a call to say we're on our way) with messaging basically threatening her with eviction for reasons beyond her control. This last time the threat came as a result of Housing not submitting their portion of her rent because of backlog on their end. Housing has communicated with the staff at Praxis and they are aware of Housings efforts to get the pay to them as soon as possible. Additionally, there have been numerous occasions when the office closes early on a Friday that falls on the first few days of the month, making it difficult for residents to submit their rent on or before the 5th of the month. I'm also trying to figure out why the residents here can't use the pool or exercise room. What are they there for? The people that live here are older ones or ones with disabilities that require special care and concern. Ever since the new management took over, it seems like that does not exist. The behavior I have heard about sounds like downright bullying. Something needs to be done about this. I've tried to call and make contact with the office but no one ever answers the phone. All of this is concerning to me for my mom and all the other residents of Praxis.

I have been living here for about a year and a half, and the truth is I feel very comfortable...
The many in the office are always available for whatever you need, security and maintenance are always the priority.
The people who live here are very friendly and good neighbors...

Hate this place! The manager Rosa is a dictator and a tyrant she's a miserable rotten witch she harasses you constantly you can't live in peace it's full of people that don't speak English in the office, barely and the maintenance and also a lot of the new tenants don't speak English either it's like they're running illegal immigrants from the southern Mexican border!!! Stay away and do not rent from this place unless you want harassed and talk to like your nothin!!! You can't do nothing without Rosa being up your business all the time , constant little notes on your door all the time impromptu inspections all the time you have no peace whatsoever basic harassment at its best!! Run for your life don't bother applying here!!!! And don't believe the reviews from all the ones that have foreign last names on here commenting they don't know what's going on because they're the manager Rosa's spies and little minions shes telling them to put good reviews on here and I don't think they even live here!!! They are fixed reviews by the management!

Love to be in this Community with affordable rent, respect for the olders and an excellent management and maintenance team. I will like to mention Mrs Rosa, Carol, Rey and all the persons to make this place, our Home.

My name is Lourdes Castellanos and I happy to say I lived at Praxis Apts since 2022. It is the best decision I have take!!.
It is a clean place, feel safe and all the time management team work to make this place better and better.
I want to mention Rosa(Manager), strong person but always available
