Sandy was my primary therapist and helped me finally get honest that my life had become unmanageable and I needed to make changes in my life and way of thinking. I now feel confident in my sober self and look forward to pursuing my dreams and being a great father to my son. Rabbi Gaines helped me to regain my faith and I am so grateful for that. I highly recommend LifeSkills to anyone suffering from addiction and or mental Health!

Profound experience if you put in the work. Lifeskills gave me the tools to address my maladaptive behaviors and live a better life. The staff is excellent. Dr. Nicolle, Dani, The Rabbi, Gus, and Dr. Mirella are just a few of note. They exceeded my expectations consistently. I recommend lLifeskills for anyone who is struggling and wants to change their trajectory.
