This company is the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. The customer service sucks, the products suck. The water system breaks every couple of days, then once serviced it breaks again. When I told the owner his system failed again and my water was Orange and I did want my new born baby bathing in it, he didnt care. When I asked for a refund because the equipment he sold me never worked he cursed at me! Do your self a favor and find another company!

We work diligently to provide our customers with quality products and service. We have provided Mr. Tillman with several free service calls only to arrive and find that his DIY self- installed equipment was causing the issue and needed maintenance. As a courtesy, and at no charge we serviced the equipment to insure OUR system would continue to perform normally. Six months later we received another service request. When we arrived Mr. Tillman still had the same old equipment and OUR system was still working properly. However as an additional precaution we performed a media change and performed a complete maintenance service. Again at no charge. During the last phone conversation Mr. Tillman turned down another service call and demanded a refund. When we explained that a refund after one year was not possible, Mr. Tillman , in very colorful language, refused a service technician come out to address the issue. We stand ready to provide Mr. Tillman with service on OUR system. We will always work above and beyond to keep our customers happy.

Great service and great products. I was looking at another company for a water system and Love My Home saved me a lot of money. Enough that we are going to add an Air Purification system now from these guys. Highly recommend them.

I have used the water system from this company and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The water system works well and provides clean and pure water for my family.
The seller, Steve, was also very friendly and helpful in providing information about the product. He answered all of my questions in detail and helped me understand how the system works.
I would like to give special recognition to Steve for his professionalism and friendliness throughout the transaction. I will definitely recommend this company and their water system to others looking for a great option for their daily drinking and usage water needs.

Our system works for a couple weeks and we have a new problem again, this has been going on since last year when we bought the equipment. When we call to get the problem fixed it could take days to weeks until they have somebody to come over and take a look at the problem.

We always strive to respond quickly and apologies if it has taken longer than a few hours. The records show that the first service call came after the system had been installed for six months and your call was returned within 24 hours. We performed a routine maintenance as a courtesy at no cost. The second request for service came in 7 months later and the service call was performed two days later. We found our system working properly but also explained that the older do-it-yourself "husband installed" system was not working and needed to be repaired or replaced or the problem would continue. We will always provide service to the components we install and will strive to do so in a timely manner.
