Tow Man (Ray) was inexperienced and causes damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle. I reported it to the business but they denied any wrongdoing. I even provided photos. So now I'm taking legal actions

Assigned two drivers in one truck after informing me, due to covid 19, they could only have one person in the cab and would not tow both me and my vehicle. They either genuinely don't get it or just don't care to read their self-made fallacy

Sunshine towing came to tow my car through my insurance. They were very easy to get a hold of for an ETA and had no problem dropping my car off at a repair place. The gentlemen over the phone were kind and helpful. Thank you for your service in a stressful time.
