      Good Afternoon, Are you sure you have the correct shop ? We don’t have any vapes priced at $13 and also I just looked at my reports and don’t see any double charges . You are more than welcome to contact me regarding this issue. Because on my end I am not seeing any double payments. We take pride in our commitment to our customers.
