Due to previous management and/or sales team my mom needed assistance on a discrepancy in her claim, I was able to get in contact with the General Manager Chris D. (For lake county) who promptly and professionally Took the time to investigate what happened and within a couple hours was able to get the issue resolved for my mom. He was kind and patient. Overall, definitely satisfied to work with him and glad to see someone of quality in a management position!

Joke of a roofing company. No foreman here during sloppy work, cant communicate with crew, no one speaks English. Still finding nails in yard, roofing tar on gutters and garage door. Two failed inspections. These are just some of the professional examples, there are many more. Finally, I (the client) tried to find out when I would get the warranty, some no-name from PRS CALLED ME AN a&$hole for inquiring. Worthless. STAY AWAY!!! Never heard of paying a company to to be complete idiots. Sickening and worthless jerks. Seems a scandal in the office has been going on.I here PRS is going under. YAY, this company is nothing but a rip-off. I hope my review helped put you under. Sickening bunch of idiots. Hope your company is out of the Southeast asap. Have a nice day jerks. Hey losers, seems your company is still here. Why not get out of Florida and give residents a break from your sickening, losing, unprofessional and worthless rip-off company. RIP-OFFS. I really hope this business (not) goes under. Community does not need this rip-off bunch of losers. Skanks. Lying bunch of creeps.

Beware!! This company is a scam. They will promise you amount and than change it. They will give you invoice than change it to a whole complete invoice. Next will you try to speak to someone about your account they will not pick up your calls. High turn over with employees. Also tried to speak with the president of the whole entire company and he denied to see me when he was in the next office after Austin Maze went in their to tell his side of story and not once did he even decided to hear my complaint. They changed locations and no longer working out the office in Debary Fl. I felt like the salesman down to the General Manager was unprofessional handling my concerns and treated me like I was incompetent to understand the dishonesty tactics they tried to run. Im forced to pay the rest of this money which they claim my insurance check was supposed to pay.
I would mention the workers who did my roof were friendly and nice.
The overall experience has been a nightmare. Been lied to by the salesman saying what my insurance wasnt able to pay, I wouldnt be responsible and here it is now I have to pay. The general manager Austin Matz decided to wave the wood bill which they charge me extra for without asking if I would like to pay for and just did it. Now they claim hes no longer working there and now I still have to pay when I had a receipt showing I didnt.
I asked for an itemized receipt which they claim they cant do. It has been a total nightmare since I decided to go with them.
Please do more research and always get everything and writing my advice if you ever use this company for roofing
