We purchased our new home in Rivington Community (Debary, Florida) from K Hovnanian Homes and the entire team (from the sales agents, to the construction manager and the design team) were extremely professional, very helpful and patient, extremely responsive (with timely updates) and extremely friendly to work with. We enjoyed our experience with the entire team and they do build quality homes. We went several times to see the model and every time we went there, the sales team were very receptive to us coming there and asking questions and requesting to see the model again. The construction manager was extremely detailed, provided weekly updates (with pictures and messages), and had multiple walk through with us to explain the status of the construction in detail. The design center team provided excellent services every time my wife went there and the team there was extremely knowledgeable and patient.
The concern we have is with their Customer Service. We had an emergency and they put us on hold for over 30 minutes. We had water leaking in the master bedroom and there was no option to call a number to deal with the emergency. This was in the morning. Their Customer Service is extremely poor!
