Michelle was incredible to work with, she scouted out an area for us, captured the perfect shots, and everyone in the family (a difficult family to please) was ecstatic with the end results. Will definitely use her again when we go back!

We had a great experience working with Michelle! She met us at our resort (Disney's Old Key West) and we had a wonderful, seamless session even in the September heat. Definitely recommend working with her!!

Michelle was incredibly easy to communicate with via email, which I appreciated because I live in California and was coordinating a photo shoot for 23 of us when we were on vacation in Disney World. I was looking specifically for a photographer who could accommodate our big family - with photos of the entire group and individual family shots - while on resort and she did not shy away. I know dealing with a large group can be difficult along with Disney protocols, but she did so with patience and a smile. We had no game plan for the morning and she went with it. The photos were beautiful and everyone was happy. I couldn't have asked for me. Thank you Michelle.

I cannot begin to describe the level of service, friendship really, that Michelle showed me and my family. We traveled from Philadelphia for the surprise engagement of my son and his girlfriend at Disney. Michelle went above and beyond to help me plan and pull off the most amazing surprise, and the photos are absolutely priceless! She captured the complete and utter joy of my son, his now fianc, her parents, and one very proud boy mom! Michelle is the very best and is now my forever FL photographer! Thank you!!!

We couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of service and communication from Michelle. We forfeited our deposit for a 30-min photoshoot at a Disney resort. The only times we heard from Michelle were: when she said she had our date available and sent us a contract, and in her contract it says she only shoots at certain times of day (so she clarified that for us after we asked). We had about 5 other questions/requests that we asked her in a couple emails, and we never heard back. She answered *none* of our questions. 11 days later, my wife followed up to see if she got the email. Didn't hear back. She reached out again. I called her several times and left a voicemail. She never answered our questions or called us back. We are appalled at this service and don't know how she has so many good reviews including reviews that say she promptly answers emails. This is so bizarre. We've never seen anything like this from any photographer ever. It's very impersonal. She's totally unavailable/ignores her clients. We emailed her to tell her we wouldn't be at the photoshoot (versus just not showing up). We did that as a courtesy, although we don't believe she would do the same for us (communicate).
