My long haired German shepherd dog was brought here last week... and the groomer decided to shave my dog. I have tried calling the business to try and understand why they would do this and they will not call me back. I am still very upset seeing all of my dog's hair gone. Extremely disappointed with this groomer.

Terrible service. The first time I went, there was no problem. Second appointment their systems went down which I understand and they had no record of anyones appointments, but they took the dogs anyways. The third appointment I made a month in advance. They would not pick up their phone all week when I tried to call them. Finally I got a confirmation from them on Friday to confirm my appointment for Saturday. Confirmed it about 20 minutes later, I got a text saying appointment cancelled and some other excuse why they couldnt take my dog. A good business owner would offer to reschedule. I will not use this place again. It would be terrible to have my dogs theyre not be able to get a hold of them, I would look elsewhere
