He completely destroyed my 100 year old flamenco guitar, he was supposed to do a restoration on it and demolished it, now to repair his mistakes would cost me triple the money I spent for this thief....and don't tell me that you offer me a refund you liar, you actually were trying to charge me $50 for the credit card fee on top of $900 I owed you and I refuse to pay that because I was already paying too much for your lousy restoration and if can't remember things that means you have signs of dementia, they have medication for that you thief.

Rude...... don't bother wasting your time... find someone who will do your repairs with integrity and who won't be so quick to insult you and or overcharge/rip you off..

I was so disgusted with this business! So I googled the business and then I pushed the address into MapQuest just to wind up in a housing development....I thought maybe MapQuest had it wrong or I punched it in wrong so I re-verified and then went with another map system.. and again it took me in a big circle and brought me back to the same area.. so if you decide you want to do some business with these folks you might want to try calling them that is if it's their phone #

Jose should realize he has no skills or expertise to even be called Luthier. The poor personality does not help, either.
