Drip Drop Towing & Recovery

Where to begin. This place deserved -100 stars. The amount of unprofessionalism is embarrassing. They were about 4 hours late, the customer service was awful, no communication was told to me I had to ask about every little thing they were doing not to mention the people they sent looked fresh out of high school, showed up in slides, crocs, hoodies, and sagging their sweatpants - I prefer not to see that thanks! Confused on how to deal with our car they finally get it up in the bed of the truck and no goodbye or anything, didn’t even know they were done, just got in the truck and drove away thank God I confirmed the address in the very beginning. I check on the status because an hour goes by and there’s no way it takes that long to get to the destination I needed it to get to, my updates say it’s been delivered to my mechanics place, I call my mechanic and it’s no where to be found. Panicking and calling, the place picks up saying it’s been delivered then hangs up, not to mention this dudes voicemail says “real estate”? I can’t even understand the words because he can’t speak clearly. I go on their Instagram and see a picture with the caption, “ If your looking for the tow truck we on break sorry we will be there soon.” So now I know this place will take breaks while saying they are on the way or it’s been delivered. Head to their Instagram you won’t be impressed it’s laughable actually. I’m so utterly mad I will do anything and speak to anyone at State Farm to ensure they don’t work with this company.

I asked for towing service which from my house to garage was 2 miles. They elected to put my car up on a lift truck. Before they drove off I asked if I should pay for the towing now and they quoted me 79.00 FOR THE TOW. Later when the garage (Pepboys) charged me the tow charges showed up again. Pepboys told me they had an arrangement with the towing company that they collected the charges and then paid the tow company. When my wife called Drip Drop back to ask for that payment back, he then states he is keeping our money because "he had to clean off the transmission fluid from the bed of his truck". I did ask for a flat bed or roll back tow truck; I asked for a tow truck. What he sent was his own choosing and I have never see a charge of that type in my life. It was made up to scam a 77 year old person. In my opinion nobody should trust this busiess. He does not deserve the one star I am giving.
