I'm extremely apologetic that you feel this way, as you tried to reach us after our listed business hours, and felt the need to come here and comment false information publicly before our company had a viable chance to resolve this issue. There have not been multiple occasions where we dealt with your company, we have only dealt with your company on one other occasion months ago. In which, everything went smoothly. Our driver did in fact make one human error with not delivering (1) piece of glass and was rectified immediately when the situation was brought to our attention. We deliver thousands of pieces of glass and hardware to 250+ clients with actual glass shops across Central and North Florida region, none of which have ever had an issue that we have not gone above and beyond to come to a professional resolve. We didn't dispute the issue after we recieved these said pictures. We recieved a phone call from Oby, at which we told him when we saw pictures, we would let you know how this situation would be handled. He told us he would return our phone call to assure us after he checked to verify the product was nowhere on your property prior to end of business. Our business closes at 4:30pm, and an email came from you at 5:00pm with attached pictures. I guess you were unsatisfied with us not responding during non-business hours and decided to unprofessionally comment your feelings here at 5:19pm. Typically, we do not deliver to residential address as that is out of our business parameters. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the way you are feeling.
