Dennis, is a very honest man who builds an extremely high quality product. His quote for our community dock was the only one out of 8 that included all stainless steel fittings.

Having lost a large deposit to another dock builder, we really gave Dennis Mulder the third degree. He was honest, did not over promise and under deliver and built a beautiful, sturdy dock for us. He kept in touch throughout the whole process. He and his team obviously care about their work. There were delays due to wood availability but he kept us informed. Once they started, they did not stop even in the exceedingly hot temps we have in Florida in the summer. I highly recommend Docks and Dwellings for your dock.

Docks and Dwellings replaced the 23 year old decking on our dock with WearDeck. They arrived on schedule, were professional, did outstanding quality work, finished the project in a timely manner, cleaned up before they left each day and at the end of the project. Two sections of our dock walkways were slightly out of alignment, one post was a couple of inches too high and part of the dock was sagging. They fixed all of those at minimal extra cost. I highly recommend Dennis and his crew.
