Ladybird Academy of Debary

I have had 3 of my 4 children attend Ladybird and have had an amazing experience! I love to hear about how my childs day was, bring home cute projects (even with the infants), and just be met with such kindness from the teachers and staff! The director always greet me as I walk in and says goodbye when leaving!

Ladybird Academy, you have never disappointed me! My oldest attended from grasshoppers (2yr old room) all the way through VPK, and every teacher left an impression on us we will cherish forever. Our twin boys started in grasshoppers like their sister, and their communication and attentiveness is spot on! I can really tell how much they care every time I drop them off and pick them up, and I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. Thank you to all the teachers, (especially the ones who are still there to this day) and the director Ms Nancy for working so hard to supply a fun, enriching ,and safe environment for all our children.

The director is so amazing loving and caring to all the children treats them all as her own! Any questions comments or concerns she takes care of them right away. Im so content with my children there!

My son was hit by a teacher in the mouth a couple of years ago. The director did not believe me or my son even though he had physical markings. She did fire the teacher however, she would still allow her to visit the school. Do to the fact that this teacher knew where the camera where at she took him around the corner and hit him in the face. This occurred a few years ago and was reported to police and DCF but not handled the way it should have, I should have had her arrested for abuse. Fast forward a couple years and my kid still remembers the teacher that took him and hit him in the face. Do not send your child here they will not handle things correctly.

My child has attended this school since she was 2. She is now in the VPK program. We absolutely love this school! I appreciate the safety measures ladybird takes to keep the children safe with multiple passcode protected entrances, the teachers are kind and respectful, you get updates on your childs curriculum throughout the day and the best part is my child begs to go to school on the weekends which shows me shes truly enjoying her time at ladybird. I am grateful to have found this school for my child. I highly recommend! The vpk teachers are wonderful and her former teachers that have known her since she was 2 check in on her frequently which make me feel like shes part of a family. Five stars!
