Walter has been super in helping when I need help with machine repair, I must say running Lavina's.. I haven't needed to much assistance, but Walter is there when needed. Charles that runs the store front is very knowledgeable on the polishing and prep side of things. Together they do great work.

For the people who have machines at this location and are wondering why it is that their machines havent been fixed for 2 plus months the answer is simple Walter is lazy and hides behind the excuse of Recieving phone calls all day. I was hired on to work for this company and after two weeks I got told that my work ethic was an issue. After two weeks? I barely even got a chance to look at the machines since my first week all I did was clean up a sad excuse of a shop. Then got told to work faster because machines were behind on repairs. As if that was my fault when I just started. If the machines were so important to be finished why have they been sitting there for 2 plus months? Theres zero excuse for that Its a very unprofessional work place and would not recommend anyone to do business here. They will smile in your face take your money and laugh behind your back I would go elsewhere honestly. God bless

The staff a Niagara Machiene will go above and beyond for their costumers. I have been doing business with this company for at least 5 years before they open this branch and Im glad they have a store in FL now. Walter is a wealth of knowledge and is ready to help contractors get back to work when machines break down, I have called many times after hours and on weekends he has been able to help troubleshoot equipment over the phone sometime even rigging machines temporarily so I can finish the job up. When Im looking to purchase new equipment I always call Charles first, I know he will lead me in the right direction. If you want to do business with reliable and friendly people visit this guys over at their shop!
