        We saw this magazine online. Inside this magazine we saw the Paul Mitchell ad. Then 2 Days later we got a postcard type ad in the mailbox for the same place. We decided to take a chance and reach out to them .We live nearby but never saw or heard of this place before. I called and set appointment for my wife. She came home elated and recommended I go in. You see it's not just a beauty salon. They have a lot of unique services. I'm getting the impression I might be getting a gift card from my wife for this place, LOL.

        Marilu did an excellent job with my hair. I was worried after not having been to a salon in over three years and wanting a lot of length off, but she was very reassuring and was able to do exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in the salon was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

        Today I went to make an appointment for highlights. I have been going here about 5 years now. I have never not shown up for an appointment. I was advised there is a new policy where you have to pay 1/2 down deposit for services before you can schedule an appointment. I will NOT return here. Can I pay it ? Yes. Will I? No its the principle of it.

        1st experience was both welcoming & warm Just moved here and a bit nervous to try a new salon; I loved my stylist, Edy, and the relaxing vibe throughout. Everyone was caring, even the owner, John, greeted me warmly. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Haircut, Hairstyling

      Hi, this is John. I am sorry about the deposits this policy change is because we had a lot of no-shows in the last several months. I understand you don’t do this and I do understand that you can pay but at the end of the day I have to make it fair across-the-board for all my customers and my staff they have responsibilities to themselves and to their families, so I’m just trying to make sure that they’re not standing around waiting on a no-show and closing if you would like to talk to me, we can have a conversation.
