Great place to live!! Our kids love it, we love it. Great neighbors, fun activities all the time, playground, pool everything is fantastic.

We were redoing our driveway per HOA request (no warning just a fat fine) there was caution tape on the driveway preventing us from parking there (hoa knew of this) so we had to park on the street. Woke up the next morning to all of our cars (3) towed. (towing is strongly enforced by the HOA and c&s towing patrols nightly towing cars with no warning.) Houses are nice, neighbors are nice but this place is ran by a bunch of money hungry crooks. Wish I knew this before moving here.

A great community with lots of amenities. The boat dock that leads to the St. John's is truly stunning. Riviera Bella has a slash pad for kids, beach entry pool, gym, media room and more. I cannot wait to see all the new and exciting things that are planned for this city. Debary is AWESOME!

There is a reason the property in West Debary has been undeveloped for so many years. It's because it is in a flood plain. St. Johns river on one side and a Power plant cooling pond that's water level is above floor level of the new homes around it. Just drive over the canals on Ft. Florida and observe that the water level is higher than the ground level of the new houses. That's why the older homes there were built on stilts.
