Clayton at Benio pump and well first answered his phone on a Saturday when we called! We had a water pressure issue with our irrigation system. He helped troubleshoot the system and we figured out what the issue was. Professional and prompt service. I prefer working with local businesses.. and he is definitely on my preferred list..! Thank you Clayton!

Clayton was referred by a trusted friend, it was a holiday so truthfully I was not expecting even a callback. WOW. What a refreshing surprise ! Not only did he answer well after hours on a Friday but he was willing to come out then ! In truth my tank holds 80-100g and was charged. Not being a life or death situation, he had me down for 8a Monday (my call)..Clayton was on-time, inside of 10 minutes found the mysterious noise, 10m later had my top$ 2yo pump motor I had ordered from Grainger not Harbor Freight. I had the local guy grudgingly install it, doing a "shoddy" job just over 2 years prior. Never again ! Clayton is my guy now. Turns out a baby snake (seriously) had found a warm spot to winter a few months ago ! I'm a bit sickened as it is the top dollar USA made motor. So he takes it to replace ? I guess.. I went about my day expecting him in a day or 2. Well about 4hrs later Clayton calls. It's a holiday Monday ? Turns out he brought it to his shop a solid hour each way ! Stripped it, found the snake replaced the bad parts(taking pictures too) replaced it doing a thorough cleaning/setup. He primed it staying to verify every thing was in spec. WOW, you just don't see actual above/beyond work ethic these days ! Best of all his fee including 2 full hours travel, was almost what the new motor had run two plus years ago. I would recommend Clayton as a 100% well man ! Service: Pump repairs & installation
