Failed to follow up on an issue! The squeak in our floor was not there prior to energy insulation putting foam under our trailer we now have a squeak My request was simply to have them come and take a look to see what measures we needed to use to fix it but they're unwilling and basically not answering so they have no idea whether they can fix the problem or not because of failure to follow up with a paying client I cannot even give them up one star rating that's simply not how you do business I guess from now on it would be buyer beware Just a little follow up, I had a contractor here today. With in 15 minutes they had the squeak in my mobile home floor fixed. They also said the spray foam was only 1/2 to 1 inch in the area where they fixed the floor. There was to be 2 inches @ an R14. Energy insulation not only refuse to even look at the issue, I apparently didn't get what I paid for! It's a shame that they don't care once they have your money! Buyer beware with this outfit!!!

I was seeking a professional to do some spray foam work due to some staining issues I had noticed around my skylight in my master bedroom. My home was built in 1987 and has been remodeled extensively. Because of this, much of the blown in insulation in the attic has been pushed aside, flattened or removed entirely. Additionally, I have some tight crawl spaces above my vaulted ceilings where it was completely uninsulated, likely due to access issues. This had the effect of allowing the conditioned air in the living space to mix with the ambient air in the attic, creating moisture problems in certain areas and ultimately causing some staining on the ceilings in certain areas. ENERGY was one of several companies I connected with to try to find the best way to fix these problems. ENERGY's proposal was the strongest of the group. Their estimator was prompt, friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. She quoted me on exactly what I needed and at a price that was competitive. She was readily available for questions and gladly provided an alternative quote for comparison when requested. The crew that came to my home was very hard working and professional. They came on-time and worked tirelessly, removing all of the old insulation, spray foaming the particular area of concern, replaced batts on more than just the single knee wall I was quoted on, and blew in all new insulation to bring us up to an R38 level. In short, they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! The jury is still out on what effect this will have on my utility bills, but judging by how much more quiet the house is already and how much more balanced the HVAC seems to be, I'm confident we'll have a great return on our investment. ENERGY Insulation will be my go-to for any insulation work in the future. They were a pleasure to work with and I'm confident in the quality of their work. I'm picky when it comes to contractors and I really couldn't be more pleased!

After our insulation and vapor barrier were destroyed due to flooding from Hurricane Ian, we contacted Rebecca at Energy Insulation. We were very happy with their service. When they removed the old product they also took it away for disposal. While under the house they checked are flooring to assure us there wasn't any water damage. A few days later our new barrier and insulation were installed. The price quoted is what we paid. Very happy with this company and highly recommend.

From the 1st phone call to the final project they have been very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The job was done in less than 2 hours and they cleaned up behind themselves which is a pleasure to see. I am extremely pleased with the whole process , this is a wonderful company. I would highly recommend them.

We do a lot of business with Energy Insulation and they NEVER disappoint! They are SO professional and friendly, and we love that they are a local business. The most reliable company to deal with. 10/10 recommend them.
