The AH DB gym is perfect for my needs, fits my personality and schedule. Trainers and therapy teams are phenomenal and very helpful. Always willing to offer guidance with work-outs. Check-in is easy.
Gym Manager is engaged with members and staff ensuring that the gym runs smoothly for those seeking physical therapy/occupational therapy/massage therapy/regular workouts.
Plus, Massage Therapy is offered! Sara is gifted in the art of therapeutic massage therapy. I appreciate her so much!

Josh is a wonderful massage therapist! I would highly recommend getting a massage at the AdventHealth Wellness Center. The staff was all amazing from booking, check-in and out. I will definitely be back.

One of the best deep tissue and special area massages by Joshua, at Advent, ever. I've had 6 50 minute massages with Josh in 2023 / 24, and he has used many effective techniques and pressure points to always address my concerns. He is a good communicator and has strong hands! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
