The team is very personable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Moreover, when I did have a couple of small concerns after my first drive; they immediately addressed it. After-sales service from Matt (my sales rep) and from Cardino (service rep) has been exceptional. Dealing with Craig for the paperwork was efficient and professional. Any questions or concerns Ive had post-purchase have been addressed promptly and efficiently. This is the second car I have bought from Matt Blood at Spanos Motors. I am 70 years old and he is the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. Most impressive is the ability to contact him after the purchase. He and his attitude go far beyond any other sales guy I have ever met. My experience with Justin was thoroughly the best Ive ever had with a salesman. Knowledgeable, punctual, and professional.
