I hired them to trim a very large magnolia in my backyard and remove an oak in the front. They did not complete the work we agreed to during the estimate, I didnt even have a chance to do a final ok on everything before theyd all rushed over to work on my neighbors houses down the street. They were supposed to come back to finish trimming the magnolia, but after several hours they never did and I had to leave. The magnolia looks terrible and I asked for them to save me a specific piece of the oak tree which was important to me, they said they would and didnt. They were supposed to complete the job the day before but it got pushed back, they didnt provide any updates and didnt let me know they were on the way on the day of the job. I am just going to hire another company to fix the magnolia, Id rather not have to pick up these guys cigarette butts out of my backyard again. Very, very unprofessional and disorganized company with poor communication. I cannot get over how unprofessional and disrespectful it was for them to rush through my job and leave without saying anything, I really thought they went to lunch at first.

I contracted the Empire team to trim 2 large Camphor trees and an Oak in the back yard that have been neglected for a while, it appears, prior to our ownership. I must say I was totally impressed with their punctuality, professionalism and quality of work. They had all the heavy duty equipment and workers to complete job in short order. They left the grounds just like they found it with no debris, all at a very fair price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again as needed.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Empire today! We had been desperately needing some trees cut down as well as some trimmed. I happened to catch the Empire team outside working with one of my neighbors and called a member of their team, Wally, over to assist me. I explained to him the scope of the work we needed done and he gave me a very reasonable quote which I gladly approved. They jumped in and began the work without delay. Before you know it, 2 more of my neighbors commissioned them to do work for them as well. They knocked out the jobs for all 4 properties leaving us all very pleased with their kind, professional demeanors, the quality of work and the prices we paid. I am very relieved as we'd been needing that work done for quite some time. I definitely recommend Empire Tree Experts to anyone in need of their services.

Excellent response time, less than 24 hours. Showed up when they said they would, brought enough men and equipment to complete the job in 1 hour! Polite, professional and thorough.
