Diamond Floor Cleaning

The guy was at my house for 35 minutes in all to clean my entire sectional couch for $200 and when he left I fluffed the cushions and dirt still came off of them. Not worth the amount of money I paid when I could take a wet paper towel and swipe it across the cushion and have just as much dirt come off as before the cleaning. The guy was nice thats why I gave 2 stars.

It's taken a couple of weeks to come to terms with having to write a review like this. We have used the same company for years to polish our travertine floors. This time we decided to test the market and chose Diamond based on their very high satisfaction rating. I judge them on nothing other than travertine refinishing. Travertine refinishing is something that you do every year or so, at least if you live near sand. You hate spending the money but you can't wait to get home and see it. With these guys, we were never certain anything was actually done. They also did repairs that we wished we could undo but can't.

I highly recommend this company. They were flexible with my scheduling needs & provided excellent service. I had my living-room floor polished & furniture cleaned and it looks and smells amazing. I will most definitely be using this company in the future to do my shower repairs. Thanks again!
