Dr Herron is a terrible doctor, no bedside manner. Gets frantic & frustrated when patients are in pain. Ive seen several doctors in my life, never have I been treated & talked to so badly by a doctor. He scolded me twice mid procedure and was incredibly irritated by my pain. When confronted on being unprofessional he tried gaslighting me and denied treating me the way he did. He was very nasty and unprofessional in the way he spoke to his nurse practitioners and colleagues, the ladies in office were the only pleasant part of this experience. A non-invasive procedure was made traumatic by his actions. I thank the ladies Katie & Tracie, as they apologized for the doctor and comforted me. i will be reporting this doctor to the board and looking into other options as well. Doctors like Kyle Herron are the reason I audio record every single doctor visit no matter how major or minor the appointment is. Because, you never know what may happen. I pray he never treats another patient with such disgusting attitude. stay far away!

So far so good. I'm a new patient so we will see as we progress. So far very nice cheerful friendly staff. Dr. Herron explained things well and listened. What more could you ask for. July 14th 2022 Here is the follow-up Started going to this office about 3 months ago for work on my lower leg veins in that time not only did I find Dr. Herron to be very competent at what he does but also a very approachable dr. That's something you don't find to often and he does a follow up call the next day himself. Great Dr. Now let move on to the rest of the staff. They are all excellent, very friendly and efficient all great people including the front desk Kelly I believe her name is. Thank you all for great work.
