Couldnt be happier with the entire office staff and especially Dr. Ramshaw. From making initial contact, to the timely first appointment, to the thoroughness of explanations, to the scheduled surgery and outcome. If you were to create an ideal patient protocol it would be harder to find one better. You will not be disappointed.

Doctor Ramshaw: Is supported by an excellent staff, chief of which is his "scheduler"; Has an impressive educational and professional-practices background, the framed confirmations for which are easily accessible, mounted throughout that practice's lobby; Has demonstrated a demeanor, or "bedside manner," to this patient that may possibly be matched by many but doubtfully is excelled by anyone. When all is said and done, without reservation this patient will entrust himself to Dr. Ramshaw's care in the future, should such eventuality occur. Expressed in a more succinct manner and, perhaps, a vernacular recognized by more than a few: "Dis guy rocks!"

Surgery for umbilical hernia facilities and staff are top notch. The facilities are great it looks like every effort has been made to make these office's a pleasant place to visit. Dr. Ramshaw and all of his staff went over and above to make my surgery go well. A special shout out to Heidi the nurse that helped get me ready. Friendly and professional made me feel right at home. The surgery went as expected and so far 24 hours after and have not taken anything for pain. Also no difficulty moving around. I will absolutely recommend Dr Ramshaw and his team to anyone.

Dr Ramshaw, his nurses, and office personnel are the best. The office personnel were quick to book my first appointment for a consultation concerning breast cancer. The nurses were kind, efficient, and very professional. Dr Ramshaw explained possible surgeries and answered all of our questions and asked many times during the appointment if we had more questions. We did not feel rushed or like just another customer. As we left the office the first time almost everyone in the office called me by name and said to contact them if there was anything they could do to help. The surgery was scheduled quickly and my recovery has been fast. I am so pleased I have nicknamed Dr Ramshaw The Gentle Surgeon. I highly recommend anyone diagnosed with breast cancer to seek the services of Dr Ramshaw. You can trust him, his nursing and office personnel to take very good care of you.

My dad, Chris Kellogg was a patient of Dr. Ramshaw for over 10 years he did everything in attempt to save my dad, to this day I am forever grateful for everything he has done for my dad. I couldnt of asked for a better doctor and honestly I wish I could write him a letter personally thanking him for being there for us, every step of the way. Ill never forget how Dr Ramshaw went above and beyond for my father, he became a close friend of his and he is more than just a doctor to our family. With everything in our hearts esp my father I want to come back and thank you on his and my whole families behalf. Hes an amazing person & incredibly thorough. My dad would not had made it as long as he did if it wasnt for Dr Ramshaw. Thank you for everything you have done. - The Kellogg family!
