Just no.Go with ***ANYONE else***! I pay for pest control at Nordica Landing. They use Massey. I moved into a roach problem. I asked Massey if they could actually spray INSIDE my apartment every few months. They flat out told me no. She had the audacity to ask me to pay for my own pest control plan. Then they would come inside. That means I would be paying twice a month for their ineffective treatment. In what world would that make sense?? I'm paying for pest control every month and the pests are not controlled. Their solution to this is to have me pay twice. Anyone who lives in FL knows you can't just treat the outside. The fact that they don't know this is highly disturbing. Go with someone else. I definitely would if given the choice.

I used Massey for years with reasonably good results. Lately my lawn, and every lawn in my neighborhood started looking pretty shabby. I had the Servive manager out and he said "he would take care of it".
About a week later a technician came out with a real attitude, just slinging iron on my lawn. The lawn still looked as shabby as before. I finally canceled the service, and I had a considerable refund due. After two weeks I called back to inquire and at that time I was told that the refund would take four to six week to process because it was coming from "Corporate" which is about 50 miles from my home. I guess I have to ask why?
Anyway, one good thing came out of it, I went with Pioneer and what a difference, they are great and the lawn looks great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their technicians are terrible and dont show up on time. I had issues at my house with bugs, and they never could seem to find the issue and didnt put any effort in finding the source. The technicians just come up with a bunch of excuses that are so stupid you shake your head. All of these good reviews must be written by the current employees. They could not possibly have that many five ratings. Do not use this company!

I had a quote done for house fumigation.Unfortunately I just can't afford the price that was quoted. I just found a place the will do it for about $2,000 less so I have to go with that. The 4 stars I gave is simply for their customer service. The people I've talked to were very nice and friendly as well as Bryan who was also very thurough and informative about everything. I would defininitely go with this company if they were more affordable.
