Biggest scam ever. States that if you buy two glasses for 79 that your eye exam is free. Well they want tell you theirs a catch either way you paying 300 to 400; so get ready. Plus the people at the desk were so rude to my wife, almost like you can tell they hate their job. Worst place ever

The staff were professional and guided me to just the right glasses from Rachel to Kathy. Their recommendations were most helpful. Unfortunately, there wasn't an optometrist in this store, so I had to go elsewhere for the exam.

My wife bought these frames in January of 2022 and they are already broken. I went in to simply return them and get a new pair under warranty. We were never informed of or aware of an additional charge for a warranty. As a result we these frames are not able to be repaired but we could purchase a new frame. I decided instead to spend my hard earned money somewhere else and you should do the same. My wife, daughter and myself paid a lot of money for all kinds of extra stuff on our glasses but they apparently came with no warranty. Thanks but I will be taking my business somewhere else.
