I worked at HBS for four months. The manager failed to help resolve issues with a senior nurse (with short brown hair)who was bullying staff. I complained about this nurse breaking HIPAA violations.. She ask confidential questions to a handcuffed minor patients the lobby in front of other families sitting there waiting to be seen.. Then the nurse would tell the Registrar and Techs in the office about what mental illness the patients had.. This nurse bullied three Techs out of their jobs and the Nurse Manager did nothing. She doesn't know how to run a clinic/office. She totally ignored my issues.. I've never worked with such unprofessional people.. Halifax Administrators should call me, I would be willing to tell them what I witnessed.

I just recently went here and the staff was excellent. They all cared. I would like to give the night shift a big shout out as they helped me so much a one certain staff was so sweet and really just cared and listened to what i have to say. His name is mike i believe and he deserves a great shoutout.

They never care about you at all, I went there last year. All they do is ignore the kids (me and others there), force yall to do stuff you don't wanna do and have you sit in silence. You get a packet to do once a day, you get to rarely talk go outside or even shower and sleep when you wanna. The nurses laugh at you if you need meds or something of the sort. They talk about kids behind their backs and are the bullies there. You're lucky to have any sorta entertainment or friends if they let you. You are to wake up when they make you, wait for them to let you shower and then once you are out you and other kids there sit in silence till they hand out food and the packets. They made me scared to go back to hospitals of any sort. I was basically in prisons solitary the entire time. It's small and packed with kids and adults. You get two showers a day if you ask for more they refuse to let you have soap. You don't get any stuffing or blankets or shoes from home. If you get bullied they do nothing. If I could I'd give it a 0. I hope this place burns down.
