Mr. Pouncy, With all due respect, a "wrong base" would not fit on a Quantum Q6 Edge. When we had your power chair in for service, we did not really have to do ANY work on it. You said the chair did not hold a charge and that it did not move forward. It was found that the problems you described could not be replicated and no work had to be done on it. It was in perfectly good working condition. And we have your signature on the service ticket indicating that it was returned to you satisfactorily and because we couldn't find anything wrong with it. Also we do not stock any Quantum parts in our store. They have to be special ordered from the manufacturer based on your serial number, every part is specific to that serial number. We literally cannot replace parts on Quantum equipment if it does not come from the manufacturer, especially for free if it is not under warranty. If you call Pride Mobility Products, the manufacturer, they will be able to confirm the serial numbers and also whom those serial numbered parts were sold to. Please let us know if we can be of any help and hopefully you will change the the rating on the review to a better one once you confirm the serial numbers with the manufacturer.
