        I came here a couple months ago and it was, by far, the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. After waiting almost 2 hours, they completely forgot about me and started closing. I heard the receptionist close the window and say to another employee If anyone knocks just ignore it so I went up to the window to talk to them. One of the girls kept saying theyd already seen me but no one had called my name yet. After figuring out who I was, the receptionist then turned to everyone in the office and said WHO WANTS THE PATIENT?! WHOS TAKING HER?! WHO WANTS THE PATIENT?! After seeing the doctor, the receptionist tried to schedule me for another appt, but I didnt want to so I said Im not sure when Im available Ill call back if I need one, and she said You dont know your own schedule? All in all, the doctor was great, but the ladies at the front desk made that a horrible experience and I was incredibly uncomfortable.

        Love the Doc HUGE disconnect with the office. Hardly ever get to speak with anyone left multiple messages for script refills as well as the Pharmacy did and zero response. Staff needs to get their act together!
