Patient presented with complaints of shortness of breath, abdominal pain, and vomiting x 4 days and all they were interested in was COVID testing. No exam although I am sure they will document one and no diagnostics. Very poor service and I would be interested to see the documentation to support the billing they send over

My experience with the whole team at advent was one I will never forget. I decided to have my baby there and I definitely made the right choice. The nurses were so sweet and attentive. I was worried and nervous as this was my first baby and everyone was so understanding and caring about my feelings. Dr. Vignali delivered my son and I’m so glad I had him because my son got stuck and he knew exactly what to do and he had even come in that morning and told me about it happening so he liked to inform his patients beforehand just in case and I’m so glad he did because I believe him knowing exactly how To handle my son getting stuck saved both of our lives. One nurse that really got my attention though was Leslie, I believe I had her the day before discharge and she was extremely attentive. Anytime I needed help to the bathroom or help with anything at all, all I had to do was call and she was there and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Before her shift ended she brought me this bracelet with my sons name on it that she made and it brought me to tears that someone could be that sweet. I really am so blessed to have had such a wonderful labor & delivery experience and nurse Leslie will always have a special place with me.

The receptionist in the emergency room was so kind and accommodating. I was upset that I could not go in with my husband but she gave me a card with the contact number I’d the nurse station so I could check on him. The nurse at the check in was also wonderful. I mentioned that my husbands oxygen level was 86% and he rushed right over to take his oxygen level. We felt very taken care of and treated great by the doctor and every person we had contact with.

This place is ridiculous. Have never done a review on anything before. But this place needs to be restaffed. They do not care about their patients. Who are children. They do not care about your time. I was there with my one year old sick son for over 3 hours. No apologies for the wait. As my son was screaming at the top of his lungs for over an hour and a half. They do not call back when you call to speak with a nurse. They say they will but hours later and yet to have received a call. My son has thrush and they did not think it would be a good idea to have a follow up appointment to make sure it was gone. So I had to call the pharmacist because the doctor wouldn’t answer my call. This place is a joke, nurses are nice. But secretaries, and dr tolat are a sorry excuse of a doctor. They need to be removed from the practice.
