My clothes were still dirty horrible service Ill never go there again 0 stars

We are sorry you were not satisfied with the Service. Your clothes were heavily stained when they were dropped of and wanted them back the very next day. Stains sitting for a long time on garment without being cleaned needs time to soak and 24hours is just not enough sometimes. Also we don't gurantee removal of stains, we do our best in the given time. We tried to offer you to reclean them and keep them for additional days, but you refused to do so. So apologise for any incovenience this may have caused.

Paid $40 for the comforter to look the same way I dropped it off! My expectations were that it was pressed and cleaned with no wrinkles.

Sorry, you were not completely satisfied. Honestly, pressing a comforter is not a standard process in our industry and you will be our first customer to have that expectation when a comforter was returned. So we did our best, but did offer you to reclean and try to get as much wrinkles out as possible when we spoke to you on the phone. Hoping to see you soon.

Ricks tip top we coming from last 35 years. Great quality of clothes with heavy starch no one can do better then ricks. Customer service is good.
